The goal in this class is to teach you the basics such as clears, drops, net & moving the shuttlecock around the court. At the same time, we will show you the proper footwork to get around the court. So if you are looking for a nice cardio alternative, this is the class to start your journey
Intermediate adult is for those who already knows the basics but now is seeking more in-depth game play strategies. In addition, the physical drill intensity becomes higher; we recommend this class only to those who can withstand a consistent rally.
In this class, all students are those wishing to eventually or are already competing in regional or provincial tournaments. Multi-feeding drills becomes a staple at this level and game play are advanced. Prepare to wish you didn't join, but the resulting reward would be priceless.
